OCHA is the training centre for blue-collar port workers in the port of Antwerp. OCHA belongs to CEPA, a cooperative organization of private port operators.
 

We have a long tradition in maritime port operations and skill training for port workers ("dockers") in Belgium.
Antwerp, being one of the largest ports in the world, is a multifunctional port. Hence, our multiple training modules and capabilities.
We provide over 450 training sessions in different disciplines annually. 
 

In collaboration with APEC, we offer training activities at our Antwerp facilities, and at our clients' premises in Belgium or abroad.
Our practice-based trainings are taught by experienced and skilled trainers.
